"She really DID get it for thirty seven cents!"

Dear Diary,
Its been a month since I started blogging and about 5 weeks since I started to coupon.....
The end of the month is hard, period.  Money is tight or gone and its like torture to have already run out of ink, so I can't print.  How hard it is to see those awesome printables come across my wall and I don't even click on them.  Although, I was able to score a couple great deals from CVS on Sunday.  I was in Conway and had $7.00 in CVS Extra-Care Bucks that needed to be spent before they would expire.  I had done some preliminary work online and compared the deals I saw from the online flyer and coordinated the coupons.  By the time I walked out,  I had 9 packages of M&M's, a bottle of water, Shampoo and coordinating conditioner from Herbal Essences and and a tube of Bengay.  I paid a whopping $0.37.   I also got more ECBucks.  I was pumped!  I love being able to do that.
After my CVS excursion,  I went to Julie and Jo's house and Licia was there.  I was so proud of my haul that I dumped my recyle/greentag bag on the couch and said  "Look what I just got for Thirty Seven Cents!" and then showed her the reciept.   Licia looked at the reciept and said to Julie "She really DID get it for thirty seven cents!"  I went to pick Amy up and brought her back to CVS so I could do another transaction.  I found another $3.00 coupon for  Herbal Essences/Aussie products and CVS had a sale 2/$4.97 and had the $2.00 ECBucks from the last transaction by getting the Bengay so I went in and did the shampoo/conditioner one again and was able to get 2 lolli-pops as filler items. I also had another $5.00 off Bengay coupon, and I stacked that with a leftover ECBuck from the first $7.00 to get another tube of Bengay and another $2.00 ECBucks from the purchase.  I can't wait to be able to do it again, soon.
